OUR SERVICES

INVENTORY & CHECK-IN

An Inventory Report is a visual inspection and written description to record the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and cleanliness of a property and its condition.

​It is strongly recommended to have an independent firm carry out the Inventory Report as they will remain impartial and unbiased in their findings of the property conditions, which protects both landlord and tenant.

We also meet the tenants to check them in and take meter readings.

INTERIM REPORT

An Interim Report is carried out during a tenancy and will detail any changes in the condition of the property’s fixtures and fittings since the check-in, noting general maintenance and any cleanliness issues, ensuring that the property is being well kept and no problems have arisen during the tenants’ stay.

We advise this report to be carried out typically every 3 – 6 months through the tenancy as it is beneficial for landlord and tenant, to ensure everything is being well-maintained and to address any problems sooner rather than later.

These reports can also be made bespoke according to your requirements.

CHECK-OUT REPORT

The property is then reviewed again at the end of the tenancy with a Check-Out Report. This detailed report will have new photos and outlines the present condition and cleanliness of the property after the tenant’s stay.

We compare this to the initial Inventory Report, highlight any differences or damages and offer recommendations where appropriate, to resolve any issues regarding to the tenant’s deposit.
